Highly motivated professional Civil Engineer (PhD Construction Technology and Management) having more than 22 years of diverse professional and managerial experiences. I have been construction industry expert, project manager, an academician, researcher, I served in higher advisory roles such as: advisor to ASTU’s President on infrastructure, ICT, and facility management, and Senior Advisor for Infrastructure in GIZSLM Oromia, member of technical advisors for national research council Ethiopia-MoST .
